The foundation is comprised of individuals who believe that development and conservation are both compatible and may be achieved, provided ecological concerns are built into the system.

The objective of the Foundation is to focus on community development, through education at the school level. It aims to set up schools in rural areas, in more than 500 districts of India. The Foundation in association with the Soni Foundation Trust, have set up a school project at Tashipur village in Roorkee. This is the first step towards achieving that objective of sustainable development.

There is an urgent requirement for providing assistance to those who are needy. Boarding is essential for many children whose parents have migrated to the cities or big towns seeking better opportunities.
